At Fast Laminating, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with every job we produce. We will do everything in our power to make sure our clients are satisfied, and if a problem arises, we will do everything we can to resolve the situation.

Please note that due to the nature of our full-color printing process (CMYK), we cannot print every color available. We do not color match; however we will make every rational effort to print your product as close to the colors you have provided as possible.

Fast Laminating offers a 100% full refund or reprint to our customers for the print products that we sell. If you are not entirely satisfied with the finished printed product because any of the reasons listed below, you must contact us and send or return the incorrect product back to our location within 5 business days before we can issue a full refund or reprint.

A customer must meet the following criteria in order to receive a full refund or reprint:

  • Product is deemed inaccurate according to original written purchase order.
  • Errors during the production process.
  • Errors made on our behalf after customer approval of the design.
  • Grammatic or typographical errors inconsistent with approved proof.
  • * A 100% refund of any rush/expedited production fees will be granted if we do not meet a previously established turnaround agreement. However, the original production costs are still applied.

Fast Laminating will not issue a refund, return or reprint on any product in the event of any of the following:

  • Errors on grammar, spelling, or omissions made on artwork provided by the customer.
  • Incorrect artwork specifications on customer supplied art such as incorrect bleeds, low resolution elements, incorrect postal automation areas...
  • Errors on grammar, spelling or other omissions made by our design department, which was seen and approved by customer but not realized until after production.
  • Color variation on any gangrun offset item unless exact color was ordered with a hard copy proof.
  • Jobs that are cut within 1/16th of an inch of it's actual size.
  • Any order that has already been produced, either shipped or unshipped.
  • Any Postage costs that have been submitted to the United States Postal Service.
  • Any order that is delayed because of a shipping carrier such as UPS, Fedex. All jobs are shipped out from Houston, TX.
  • An order that is refused at time of delivery or undeliverable orders. We will reship the product at the customer's expense if requested.
  • The product is lost, delayed or returned to Fast Laminating due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address. (For product that is later found or that is returned to us we will, if requested, reship the package with a corrected address subject to payment of an additional shipping fee for the second shipment).
  • Product that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.
  • Product that incurs a higher shipping charge as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.
  • Product that has experienced a color shift during the conversion to CMYK format, for example, as a result of having been submitted by the customer in RGB or PMS Pantone colors.
  • Product that experiences print or images that are fuzzy, pixelated or otherwise distorted as a result of the customer providing artwork that is not at a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%) and/or in CMYK mode.
  • Products that do not exactly match color or ink density. Fast Laminating does not color match or match customer specified ink density.
  • An inability to print or write on the product, unless the product description states otherwise. A typical UV coated product cannot be printed or written upon. Matte finished products may or may not accept printing or writing. We recommend that you obtain a sample and then test it using the printer you will use before placing a final order. Fast Laminating is not responsible for an inability to print or write on a product, unless the product specifically states that it is suitable for this purpose.
  • Orders that are duplicated as a result of customer error.
  • Orders that contain dated materials that arrive after the relevant date or with insufficient time to use the material as intended.

Although we make every intention of meeting all posted turnaround schedules, our turnaround on all offset and digital printing is intended as an estimate and not a guarantee. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by mechanical malfunctions, acts of god, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We guarantee:

  • That all jobs will be shipped within the estimated time period as stated here or specifically quoted for the job, or a credit equal to the amount of the order will be given on a future order. If we do not meet our turnaround guarantee and the job has NOT shipped, you may cancel for 100% refund.
  • That any job that uses our RUSH or EXPEDITE service will ship on time or 100% of the rush fee will be refunded.

Fast Laminating warrants that every product manufactured by it meets industry standards for such product and is free of any material defect in workmanship.
